I'm a husband, father of four little humans, Manager of the SFB CROSSING, and working on making the world's IT more secure with Serify.

My research focuses on process optimizations for security experts. To achieve this goal I use natural language processing, knowledge discovery, information retrieval, and data mining. You'll find my blog posts, technical writings, and various curated lists on this page.

I'm also interested in automating mundane tasks and Nix (using it for my servers). If there is some spare time I love to ride my bike 🚴. Besides that, I'm into photography (portraits and nature) 📷, like to read 📕, and learn and try new things.
